Community Beach Clean-Up at Jackson Beach

Jackson Beach – Friday Harbor, WA
Plastic Free Salish Sea will collaborate with local businesses and organizations to raise awareness by hosting monthly beach cleanups. On the first Sunday of each month, October – December 2024, at Jackson Beach, litter and microplastics will be removed. This effort supports the marine environment, forage fish, salmon, seabirds, and orca that call the Salish Sea home. The November beach cleanup will be hosted by the San Juan Sheriff’s Guild. Join the event on Sunday from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at Jackson Beach to help remove litter, microplastics, and debris from local beaches. Show support by participating at Jackson Beach.

Dia De Los Muertos Celebration

Explore artisans’ work and support scholarships for young artists, with each participating artist donating 10% of their sales. Additional donations are welcome.
